2024 VPSC AGM

Dear VPSC Members,

This is a NOTICE of the Vancouver Pacific Swim Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be
held on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 6:30pm at the St. James Community Square, Mel Lehan Hall located at 3124 West 10 th Avenue, Vancouver.

Please note there are no practices for all groups @ Saints on October 21, 2024.

Please ensure that you register for this event on the VPSC website - each member that attends receives 2 volunteer points. 

In accordance to the VPSC By-Laws, the business to be carried out at the AGM will include;

Welcome
2023 AGM Minutes Review and Approval
2023-2024 VPSC Club Review
2023-2024 Financial Statements
2024-2025 VPSC Club Plan & Programs
2024-2025 VPSC Budget Presentation & Approval
Appointment of Directors to the Board

Every Senior Member of the Club will be entitled to one vote at the AGM. Voting by proxy is not permitted.

VPSC is inviting interested members to run for election to the Board of Directors. Interested
members should email the Board President at boardpresident@vancouverpacificswimclub.com on or before October 4, 2024.

Please find last year’s 2023 AGM Minutes on our club website under 2023 AGM Information. The 2024-2025 Budget and all the motions that will be voted on will be posted 7 days prior to our meeting.
