NO CARS are to drop off or pick up at the front of the Aquatic Centre – anyone who is caught dropping off their swimmers or picking them up may risk having their swimmer taken out of the meet. This is a VAC policy.
All entry must be done through the MAIN LOBBY DOORS open – DO NOT ENTER through the downstairs emergency doors – enter through the lobby doors once open and make sure to take shoes off when going on deck.

- 2:15 PM - Arrive
- 2:30-3:15 PM - Warm Up
- 3:30 PM - Session start
Session 3: Saturday AM
- 9:45AM – Arrive
- 10:00-10:30 – Warm Up (Side Tank)
Session 4: Saturday PM
- 2:00 PM - Arrive
- 2:15-2:45 PM - Warm Up (TBC)
- 3:00 PM - Session start
Session 5: Sunday AM
- 7:15 AM – Arrive
- 7:30-8:00 AM – Warm Up (Lanes 7 & 8 Centre Tank)
Session 6: Sunday PM
- 12:45 PM - Arrive
- 1:00-1:30 PM - Warm Up (TBC)
- 1:45 PM - Session start
Facility reminders:
- BULKHEADS are off limits at ALL TIMES for any swimmers.
- No glassware is allowed on deck and change room
- Please wear clean deck shoes on deck – no street shoes
