This meet is a great opportunity for the groups (JP, JD, and YP) to race in a mid distance or distance event early on in the season. Senior groups will racing or volunteering at the Odlum Brown College Cup @ UBC Saturday morning racing session.
When: Saturday November 4th
Who: Junior Performance, Junior Development, Youth Performance

Deadline: Please ACCEPT or DECLINE prior to Friday October 27th or email your lead coach.
Schedule of Events
- On Deck: 7:45am
- Warm Up: 8:00am – 9:00 am
- Meet Start: 9:15 am
- Meet End: 1:15 pm
- Event 1: 400m Freestyle
- Event 2: 800m Freestyle
- Event 3: 1500m Freestyle
- Event 4: 400m Individual Medley
Eligibility:
- To enter the 400m Free: Swimmers must be faster than 2:50 in the 200m Freestyle
- To enter the 400m IM: Swimmers must be faster than 3:00 in the 200m IM
- To enter the 800m or 1500m Freestyle: Swimmers must meet the 400m Free qualifying standards listed in the attached meet package.
