VPSC Year End BBQ
When: Tuesday June 28th, 2022
Time: 5:00-7:00PM
Where: Locarno Beach
Who should attend: All VPSC Swimmers and Families
Our annual End of Season event provides a chance for all of VPSC to gather for food at the beautiful park at Locarno Beach. Please bring a dish to share, we will have a BBQ available for anything that needs grilling on site.
POTLUCK ASSIGNMENTS
We are asking for the following dishes to be brought by the groups listed below. Please bring enough to share with 8-12 people and remember to bring your own serving dishes and utensils.
*All Senior Groups - Salad
*Youth 1 and 2, Junior 1 and 2 Groups - Main Course
*Mini Makos Gold and Platinum Groups, Intro Group - Appetizers/Vegetable/Fruit Platter
*Mini Makos Silver and Bronze Groups – Dessert
What to bring:
- Folding chairs and blankets
- Plate and cutlery for each person in attendance from your family
- Your potluck dish (including serving dish and utensils)
- Your VPSC team spirit
- Waterbottle
