With the VPSC Fall Invitational approaching fast, we will be offering multiple Timer and Officials clinics to our membership to get ready for the event. The first set of clinics that will be offered will be on Thursday, October 17th at the St. James Community Square (3214 West 10th Avenue).  A reminder that this is also a great opportunity to earn some of your Volunteer Credits for the season, with the chance to earn some bonus credits as well. A breakdown of the Volunteer Credits that can be earned is listed below:

OFFICIALS CLINICS

 

Attend Clinic for Electronics, Clerk of Course, Chief Timer or Starter

15 Points

Bonus for Attending Clinic and fulfilling this job in the same week

15 points

Attend Clinic for Stroke & Turn

10 points

Bonus for Attending Clinic and fulfilling this job in the same week

10 points

Attend Clinic for Timekeeper or Safety Marshall

5 points

***Bonus points can be earned by volunteering at the VPSC Fall Invitational, VPSC PASS Meet, and Colleges Cup.

Introduction to Swimming Officiating Clinic and Safety Marshall * For those whom have not previously attended any clinics


Time:          6:00-7:30PM
